Refund policy

TO RETURN  OR EXCHANGE YOUR ITEMS:

  1. Email Customer Support at hello@walkinhisfootsteps.com Please indicate if you want an exchange or a refund.
  2. Write the order number in the subject of the email
  3. Include any additional information such as updated shipping address
  4. We will email you a prepaid postage lablel to return the item(s), upon tracking number population we will expedite your refund or exchange promptly.
  5. We'd love to hear the reason for return or exchange, your feedback is helpful in bettering our products and services!  

RETURNS

What can be returned: Most of the items we sell can be returned. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned.

Returns for refund or exchange: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping charges for products returned: Shipping charges for the sale or return of items are not refunded.  Refunds are for cost paid for item/s and applicable taxes only.
